Scope
MCO 5354.1 is the Marine Corps prevention and response order series behind the Military Equal Opportunity program. MARADMIN 357/26 realigned the program designation from Prohibited Activities and Conduct, PAC, to MEO, reissuing cancelled MARADMIN 349/26 of 2026-07-30 with identical policy effect on 2026-08-07, the order keeps its PAC title until the next revision.
