Scope
MARADMIN 595/24 announces changes to the Fitness Report format for sergeant major and master gunnery sergeant under MCO 1610.7B Chapter 4 paragraph 2(b). Effective 01 January 2025, sergeant major and master gunnery sergeant fitness reports no longer use the page one, five, and appropriate addendum pages format. Reports submit in the five page format currently in use for sergeant through lieutenant colonel. The adjustment gives senior enlisted high visibility and general officer slates the most relevant performance information. Omission and extension criteria in MCO 1610.7B and MARADMIN 634/23 remain in effect. Applicability is the Marine Corps Total Force.
