CANCELLED. This advisory notice has been cancelled. The entry remains in the citations registry for traceability of older content citing it. Scope

The notice cancels the earlier PAA 12-13 requirement to annotate the Basic Individual Record (BIR) with the BAH certification statement. MCTFS again carries the BAH certification statement on the BIR, viewable when printed. All requirements of references (b) and (c) remain in effect. Issued by Headquarters Marine Corps Manpower and Reserve Affairs, Manpower Information Branch (MIF) and distributed through the MISSA portal for execution by S-1, IPAC, and commanders across the force.
