- Maintaining Courts-martial and Nonjudicial Punishment statistical data. In addition to reporting the sentence of a Marine convicted by a Courts-martial or when a Marine is awarded Nonjudicial Punishment under Article 15, UCMJ, the unit also must report Courts-martial/Nonjudicial Punishment statistical information. The Date of Action is the date the Courts-martial or Nonjudicial Punishment is adjudged. After processing, this information will be posted to the Marine's CM-NJP-STAT-212-REMARK where it will be retained in MCTFS.
