MCO 3120.12A - Marine Corps Global Force Management (GFM) and Force Synchronization

Scope

MCO 3120.12A establishes the Marine Corps Global Force Management (GFM) and Force Synchronization framework, signed 2020-06-03. The order implements DoD Global Force Management Implementation Guidance (GFMIG), the Secretary of Defense Forces For (SECDEF Forces For) processes, the Global Force Management Allocation Plan (GFMAP), and Joint Staff allocation procedures at the Marine Corps level.
