MCO 3120.11A - Marine Corps Parachuting Policy And Program Administration

Scope

MCO 3120.11A, Marine Corps Parachuting Policy and Program Administration, signed 2014-12-17, establishes policy and procedural guidance for administering Marine Corps parachuting programs. Department of Defense executive agents guide individual service parachuting programs in accordance with references (a) through (aj) of the order. Reference (a) assigns the U.S. Army as the executive agent for all airborne matters common to both the Army and the Marine Corps, and the order takes precedence where the Army framework does not support Marine Corps equipment and doctrine. For the S-1 community the order is the substantiation authority for parachute duty (jump) pay.

• Jump pay reports in accordance with DoDFMR Volume 7A Chapter 24 paragraphs 2402 and 2403 with Tables 24-1, and MCO 3120.11A Chapters 5 and 6. MCAAT audits this at the IPAC and the reporting unit.
