Scope

MARADMIN 412/23 announces the transition from the Optical Digital Imaging Records Management System (ODI-RMS) to the OMPF Records Management Application (O-RMA) for storage and maintenance of the Official Military Personnel File (OMPF), signed 2023-08-22. The MARADMIN consolidates Marine Corps record-keeping into the modernized OMPF platform accessed through Marine Online. Applicability is the Marine Corps Total Force.

• Units treat O-RMA as the platform of record for OMPF storage and maintenance following the ODI-RMS retirement.
