Scope

MARADMIN 076/22 publishes updated requirements for implementation of the Servicemembers' Group Life Insurance (SGLI) Online Enrollment System (SOES). Paragraph 2. Commanders shall ensure all Marines without a SOES election make one and select Confirm and Certify before exiting SOES, so the system stores the beneficiary designation.

Activation, mobilization, or permanent change of station, and prior to appellate leave or separation.

Paragraph 6. New join audits do not meet the criteria for updating SOES. A new join audit updates only the RED.
