MARADMIN 052/26 - Marine Corps Total Force System Advisory to Identify Required Corrections to Pay Entry Base Date

Scope

MARADMIN 052/26 announces deployment of MCTFS advisory alerts identifying potential Pay Entry Base Date (PEBD) errors. The PEBD Risk advisory runs through the 2nd File Purification Routine (PUREX) each month scanning the MCTFS database. The system flags discrepancies between D188 remark creditable service entries and the reported PEBD. Production starts FY26 Quarter 2. Applicability is the Marine Corps Total Force.

Audience

• Marines with PEBD discrepancies. Receive MOL notification. Submit EPAR through servicing PAC.
• Commanders, XOs, SgtsMaj, Company Commanders, Company First Sergeants, Platoon Commanders. Receive MOL advisory alerts. Track PEBD discrepancies at command level.
• Personnel Administration Centers (PACs). Validate creditable service. Update D188 remark. Upload Key Supporting Documents to the OMPF.
• HQMC MMPB-21, Research and Reconstruction Unit 21. Receives PEBD adjustment cases. Forwards to MISSO 9 for reporting.

Process flow

1. PEBD Risk criteria runs through PUREX each month.
2. Marines and command leadership receive MOL alerts.
3. PACs review the OMPF and D188 remark for creditable service.
4. Missing service entries update through the D188 remark with Key Supporting Documents to the OMPF.
5. PEBD adjustment cases route to SMB_Pay_Entry_Base_Date_Correction@usmc.mil.
