Scope
MAA 1-20 directs every command and IPAC to use the OMPF Field Folder as the central document repository for selected military-pay supporting documents. Required for USMC financial-statement audit support. References MCO 1070.1 for OMPF rules and DOD FMR Vol 1 Chapter 9 for the 10-year retention floor.
Audience
S-1 and IPAC admin specialists. The 0102 and 0111 MOS communities own the upload work. Commanders own the timeline through their G-1s.

The minimum list at MAA 1-20 release. Not all-inclusive. M&RA adds documents as the CDR matures.
- DD Form 1561. Family Separation Allowance Statement to Substantiate Payment.
- DD Form 2367. Individual OHA Report.
- NAVMC 11106. CONUS or overseas COLA application.
- DD Form 2556. Move-In Housing Allowance Claim.
- DD Form 4, 4/2, 4/3 and DD Form 1966. Enlistment and reenlistment.
- NAVMC 321A and NAVMC 321M. Agreement to extend enlistment.
- NAVMC 763. Officer appointment acceptance.
- DD Form 216 MC. Meritorious promotion warrant.
- NAVMC 10522. BAS commuted rations action.
- NAVMC 10922. BAH dependency application, with supporting documents like marriage certificate, birth certificate, divorce decree.

- Marines joined since 1 October 2019. Upload complete by 30 June 2020.
- Marines joined since 1 January 2019. Upload complete by 30 September 2020.
- Marines joined since 1 January 2018. Upload complete by 31 December 2020.
- Marines assigned longer than two years. Upload complete by 30 June 2021.
Reporting
Commands report quarterly upload status to M&RA via DONTRACKER. MCAAT verifies existence, accuracy, and completeness during visits. First report due 30 June 2020 (Q3 FY20).

MCICOM, MARFORCOM, MARFORPAC, MARFORRES, MARSOC, TECOM, MCRC, H&S Bn HQMC, and the Senior Leader Management Branch (M&RA MMSL). Applicable to the Marine Corps Total Force.
