Scope

Volume 1 of the Marine Corps Finance Policy Manual, titled Pay Policies. The volume carries military pay entitlements and governing policies inside MCTFS, basic pay, allowances, special and incentive pays, deductions, debts, and pay-event reporting through the unit diary.
