DTMO Per Diem Rate Lookup

Scope

The DTMO Per Diem Rate Lookup is the authoritative DoD tool for current per diem rates for CONUS, OCONUS, foreign locations, and US territories. The lookup serves as the single point of reference for lodging, meals and incidental expenses (M&IE), and total per diem rates required for Joint Travel Regulations (JTR) compliance. Per diem rates update monthly for CONUS (effective the first of each month) and quarterly for OCONUS and foreign locations.

What the lookup provides

• Standard CONUS rate. Default for CONUS locations not listed individually.
• OCONUS rates issued by the State Department for foreign areas.
