DODI 7730.67 - Aviation Incentive Pays and Bonus Program

Scope

DODI 7730.67 establishes DoD policy, assigns responsibilities, and prescribes procedures for the Aviation Incentive Pays and Bonus Program. The instruction reissues and cancels the prior 2011 Aviator Incentive Pay and Bonus Program instruction. The instruction also cancels DODI 7730.57 (Aviation Incentive Pay and Continuation Bonus Program). The instruction implements Sections 101, 204, 205, 206, 334, 353, 371, 373, and 374 of Title 37 U.S.C. and DoDFMR 7000.14-R Volume 7A.

DoD Component Heads. Service aviation program managers. HQMC Aviation (AVN) Branch. S-1 officers and IPAC pay clerks processing Aviation Incentive Pay (AvIP) and Aviation Bonus (AvB) transactions. Marine Corps aviators eligible for AvIP and AvB.
